First Trip to the Movies!
Alex got to take his first trip to the movie theater last week. My Mom and I took him to see Tale of Despereaux on Friday afternoon, while my Dad graciously came over to babysit Josh (who most definitely WOULDN'T sit through a movie!)
We had a great time!
I was anticipating either a squirrly wiggly toddler, four trips to the bathroom, or for him to sleep through most of it, and surprisingly enough, he sat quietly and watched the whole movie! (Although, had it been 30 minutes longer, he probably would have been asleep on BeBe's lap...)
Anyway, it was a success, and we all enjoyed the movie. Thanks BeBe and Poppa J!

I was surprised because the movie does have some scary parts, but didn't phase him.
Come on, Girls ~ do any of you remember the wicked stepmother turned huge fire-breathing dragon from Disney's Sleeping Beauty ??? Now that WAS scary and you all survived ! BEBE
