Disneyland was awesome. The rides were bigger and there were very few with height restrictions. And thanks to the "rider swap" program, we could take Alex on the biggest rides twice, once with me and once with Albert without having to wait in the whole line twice. Alex didn't hesitate at all about going on any of the roller coasters there, and came home saying Space Mountain was his favorite ride of the day. That, and the characters. Also shocking to us was how much the kids noticed, enjoyed, and sought out the Disney characters! They wanted to take their picture with every one they saw, even if it meant standing in line. What a fun day!
