My Mom has been part of various storytelling guilds for years. Currently, she is a member of the Tejas Storytelling Association here in North Texas. She told an original story titled "No Ordinary Quest" at their most recent festival- unfortunately we couldn't make it in person but there is a video... I figure since she was telling up on stage to a crowd of strangers, she won't mind us sharing it here with a few of her biggest fans (right, Mom?). We're proud of her and always happy to hear her latest tale, especially ones that involve maidens not in distress.
