It's definitely Winter! Just in time to make the Christmas season feel like Christmas (although with the unpredictability of Texas weather, that might be counting my chickens before they hatch)! The last two days have been 80 degrees and humid, but the cold front and the storms came in last night. Lots of rain and lightning, now there is freezing rain/snow! The ground is too wet to accumulate much, but there are white rooftops! Maybe by afternoon there might be some white on the ground! Just in time for Uncle Scott's birthday. Happy birthday, Uncle Scott!Afternoon update: There was just enough snow to go out and play in. However, my hat is off to those who live in snow-country, because by the time I dug all the warm clothes out of the closet and wrestled with Alex to get him dressed, we were both sweating and tired. We spent 10 minutes outside before we both got cold and went in for warm drink and a nap!
